Do you handle permits?
Yes. We identify what is needed at the estimate, submit the application and coordinate inspections. Licensed electrical and plumbing work is performed and inspected by the licensed trade.
What waterproofing system do you use?
Sheet or liquid membrane systems (Schluter-style) over a properly sloped, solid substrate, with seams and corners banded before any tile goes on.
