Robinson Renovations is a renovation contractor serving Ottawa & surrounding region — framing, drywall and taping through complete kitchens, bathrooms, basements and additions.
Our story
The origin point: Too many jobs handed back with wavy walls, out-of-square framing and a verbal price that moved once the work started. Robinson Renovations was started to run renovations the way the trades expect them to be run: measured, written down and inspected.
Background & training: Years on tools in framing, drywall and finishing before ever managing a project — which is why our quotes match what actually happens on site, and why our rough-in tolerances make the finish stage straightforward.
Where we are today: A small, accountable crew running framing, drywall and taping in-house, with a vetted network of licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC and tile trades for full kitchens, bathrooms, basements and additions across Ottawa and the surrounding townships.
Where we're going: Growing deliberately — more crews, the same standard, and a reputation in Ottawa for renovations that finish on the schedule and the number we put in writing.

What we stand for
Every quote is line-item, with allowances and exclusions written out. If a scope is not worth your money, or is outside what we do well, we say so instead of selling it.
Level 4 and Level 5 drywall finishes, square framing, and tile that lines up. Done means it passes inspection and a flashlight held against the wall.
Dust containment, floor and stair protection, clean footwear and end-of-day cleanup on every job — not an upgrade line.
One named site contact, a weekly written progress update, and change orders priced and approved before work proceeds.
