A final invoice cannot exceed the written estimate by more than 10% without your written approval.
Direct agreements signed in your home may be cancelled within 10 days of receiving the written contract.
A 10% statutory holdback is retained and released after the lien period expires.
Clearance certificates are provided on request before work begins.
Electrical, plumbing and gas work is performed by licensed contractors and inspected as required.
Change orders
Additional work — new scope, discovered conditions, upgraded selections — is documented on a change order showing the added cost and any schedule impact. Work does not proceed until you sign it. That is the only way a project price moves.
Warranty
2-year workmanship warranty covering our installation, including framing, drywall, taping and finish work. Manufacturer warranties on supplied materials are passed through to you.
