Do you provide the engineering?
We coordinate it. Structural drawings are stamped by an independent engineer and the cost is shown as its own line in your quote.
How long do permits take?
In the Ottawa area, expect roughly 4–10 weeks from application to issued permit for an addition, depending on drawings and review load.
