Wood or steel stud framing for basements, partition walls, ceilings, bulkheads and structural alterations. Layout is snapped from a level datum, openings are sized to the door and window schedule, and every wall is checked for plumb before the next trade arrives.
Board supply, hanging and screw-off for single rooms through to full homes. We use the right board for the location — moisture resistant in wet areas, fire-rated where the code requires it, and sound-rated where you want quiet — and we lay out sheets to minimize butt joints.
Three-coat taping, sanding and finishing to the level your lighting demands. Level 4 for standard walls, Level 5 skim coat where raking light or gloss paint would expose every seam. Dust control and floor protection on every job.
We manage the full kitchen renovation sequence: demolition, framing, licensed electrical and plumbing work, cabinetry, counters, tile and finishing. Every stage is coordinated under one clear scope, with one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final deficiency check.
